The body is the physical aspect of our incarnation. It is the vessel that we have chosen for our life here on Earth this time around. However, we forget how to keep our bodies strong and healthy and it doesn’t function as it should and it hurts. We loose the ability to heal our bodies and we give our power to others to do this for us. As the experts of our body we CAN take control of our health and vitality. We CAN heal ourselves and prevent further physical challenges!

The Soul via our subconscious mind / spirit is the spark of life that animates our being here on Earth in this incarnation. It is the divinity within us.
